Quality of Thermotec parts confirmed with certificates
There would be no success of the Thermotec brand on the Polish and European markets without the quality of the products offered to drivers. This is definitely our strong point. The fact has been confirmed by well-recognized certificates. The first group of them is IATF 16949. All factories cooperating with us can boast with them. The second is the RAR certificate. It is based on quality tests carried out on our spare parts. The tests were carried out in a Polish laboratory, based on guidelines and under the supervision of inspectors from Registrul Auto Român R.A..
Quality Control of Thermotec Parts
We are also strongly committed to regular and ongoing control of the production process. This is why we check up to 2,800 products in the laboratory every year. Up to 1,400 of these are subjected to additional leak tests so that the parts offered meet the highest quality standards. We carry out pressure, impact and geometry tests.
Quality testing
In addition, laboratory technicians review:
- the chemical composition of the materials from which Thermotec parts are made. This includes the presence of special alloy additives to improve thermal efficiency.
- corrosion resistance. We control this parameter by simulating different weather conditions. This is so that we can be sure that Thermotec parts will perform well everywhere they are sold.
We have developed dedicated quality test procedures. They are carried out by cooperating laboratories at assigned Thermotec sites. Each of these test stands is subject to periodic benchmark testing by certification bodies. This ensures the reliability of the results obtained.
