AC compressors are one of the key products in our offer. The reason for this is very simple – the compressor is the heart of the AC system of any car. It puts the coolant and the oil into motion, thus starting up the entire system.
The compressor owes its name to the role it plays. It compresses the coolant from a low pressure, ranging from 1.3 to 3 bar to a very high pressure of up to 13 or even 13 bar. The final values depend largely on the type of the air-conditioning system and the car in which it is installed as well as on the AC unit installed by the car manufacturer. As the compressor operates in a very difficult environment, the quality of the oil inside it is of great importance. Its primary role is to properly lubricate the AC system. This is why as much as 50% of the oil used by the AC unit is contained in the compressor.

The procedure must be carried out properly to ensure that the required amount of lubricant is supplied to the mechanism right from the first start-up.
