Another key product in Thermotec’s offer is AC condensers. The AC condenser is where the coolant is injected from the compressor at a very high pressure and temperature. The role of AC condensers is to recover heat. The AC condenser is frequently erroneously referred to as the “AC cooler.” But the role of the cooler is only to cool the cooling agent, while the condenser changes its physical state.
The AC condenser also contacts the oil circulating in the system, as much as 10 percent of which settles on the walls of the device.
At Thermotec, we focus on the production and sale of aluminum condensers. We ensure that they can be installed properly before they even leave our factory. We fill all condensers with nitrogen. As a result, their interior is protected from atmospheric air. Moisture from the air would prevent the AC condenser from working properly after its installation in the car and would automatically cause damage to the dehumidifier.
AC condenser vs. AC cooler
It is very important that AC condensers are not mistakenly referred to as coolers. This is a popular mental shortcut used by many mechanics and some automotive stores. These terms must not be used interchangeably for a simple reason. The purpose of the cooler is to remove heat from the system and reduce the temperature of the coolant, which does not change its state. The AC condenser is indeed responsible for the immediate cooling of the coolant. However, the key effect of this process is the change of state and the resulting condensation of the coolant.
